Unique cutter design, with advanced double cutting-angle geometry provides high cutting performance
Each cutter is CNC machined for high accuracy
A cutting edge along each flute ensures a low cutting resistance and easy, effortless cutting
HCX cutters offer 100% consistent quality, as the heat-treatment process is computer controlled for high-accuracy
Each cutter is hardened to between HRC64.5 and HRC65.5
Industry standard 'weldon' 19mm (3/4") shank
Standard HCX cutters are 63mm long with a maximum cutting depth of 25mm
HCX12 and HCX13 Cutters have a thicker than normal wall thickness to prevent breakage (these cutters require a special 'reduced tip diameter' pilot)
Suitable for use in most electro-magnetic drilling machines or pillar drills with MTS adaptor
For drilling bolt-holes in constructional steel, steel beams and girders
