Pricing
All pricing takes effect on 1st November 2001 and supersedes all previous issues. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Availability
All goods are offered subject to availability.

Back-Orders
Our aim is 100% availability. Orders are accepted on an "ex-stock or cancel" basis only

Returns
Goods ordered incorrectly will not be accepted for return or credit without prior written agreement. A 20% handling charge will apply. Return carriage is the responsibility of the customer. Credit will not be issued unless the goods are in perfect resalable condition.
